What you'll work on
- Research and build outbound prospect lists across target industries
- Qualify leads against TRS's ideal client profile
- Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline stages and reporting
- Support outreach messaging and follow-ups with the founders
- Track weekly KPIs: response rates, meetings booked, pipeline value
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, or research operations
- Comfortable with CRM and prospecting tools like Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Sharp written communication for cold outreach
- Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a number
- Bonus: exposure to B2B, market research, or analytics

- Interest in B2B marketing or the research industry is a plus
